SERVICE INTRODUCTION
The company boasts a complete production line that includes design, mold engraving, coloring, and packaging, ensuring that every product meets the highest standards.Delivery Time: Sample orders are delivered in 5-7 days, while bulk orders are delivered in 7-15 days, depending on the quantity. We accept urgent orders and provide professional technical support. All products come with a 12-month quality guarantee.
With Drawings: If clients provide drawings with dimensions, materials, and special requirements, we will design the drawings and create molds according to the client's needs.Without Drawings: If clients have samples but no drawings, our engineers will measure the samples and create drawings, then produce molds based on these drawings.
After the molds are made, we conduct multiple tests to ensure the sample's dimensions and craftsmanship meet the required standards, then send the sample to the client for confirmation.
Once the sample is confirmed, we proceed with mass production, which includes:Raw Material Testing → Ingredient Preparation → Die Casting (Stamping) → Riveting Components → Polishing → Electroplating → Coloring → Adding Epoxy → Drilling (Laser) → Assembling Components → Packaging
After production, we will package the products according to client requirements and choose the appropriate shipping method. Small orders are usually shipped via FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc., while large orders are shipped by sea, land, or air.
