Yes, we are a source manufacturing factory with a complete process from artwork production to shipping.

What information should we provide if we want to customize a product?
You need to send the artwork (logo) with information on size, thickness, material, attachments, and any special requirements, and then we will provide you with a price.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is flexible. We do not have a minimum order quantity, and we accept orders of any size according to the customer’s needs.

What’s the delivery time ?
From mold opening to delivery, it is usually completed within 7 to 10 days,depending on the design and quantity. Urgent orders are accepted,we have special production line to serve rush orders.

Do you provide design support or suggestions?
Yes, we offer free design services and free samples.

If products have some quality problem, how would you deal with?
If there are any issues with the product, feel free to contact us for a free return or exchange. We take great care in responsibly serving each and every customer.

What should we do after approving the your price?
Send us your vetor artwork, such as AI,cdr.,PDF format. We will make a production artwork for your approval before go to production.When it is 3D, we also have 3D details for your approval.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods including PayPal, Western Union, MoneyGram, T/T, WISE, Pingpong, VEEM, XTransfer, and wire transfers.Full payment is usually required before shipment.

How long will we receive the goods?
We ship via official couriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS, which typically take 3-5 days to reach your address. If you require sea freight or other shipping methods, please contact us.
